2025 ANNUAL MEETING – CALL FOR NOMINATIONS The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Waterview Estates Owners Association will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM, Waterview Estates Clubhouse, 5110 Waterview Estates Trails, Richmond, TX 77407. The purpose of the meeting is to elect one (1) Director and to discuss the affairs of the Association. Please accept this as the official call for nomination. If you would like to run for the open position on the Board, or if you would like to nominate a willing candidate, please complete the form below and return to info@bedrocktx.com. You are also welcome to drop off your nomination information to the Waterview Estates On-site Office or Mail to: Waterview Estates Owners Association, Inc. c/o Bedrock Association Management, LLC 12808 West Airport Blvd, Suite 253 Sugar Land, TX 77478 Please include a photo and brief description of the nominated candidate. The deadline for nomination submission is Friday May 16, 2025, by the end of the business day. A proxy and absentee ballot will be mailed to all property owners after May 16, 2025.
